Digitally Printed Signs

Digital printing is the single most used method to create signs.  All digital prints should be laminated and can be mounted on a variety of substrates.  Below are the prices for the common sizes mounted and laminated on the available substrates.  Pricing is for production of finished signs and does not include design services.

   Corex® / Coroplast®

Also known as "corrugated plastic".  Commonly used for real estate and campaign signs.  For use anywhere an inexpensive/disposable signboard is needed.  4mm thickness comes in white, green, lt. blue, dk. blue, orange, red, black and yellow.  It is assumed that Corex signs will be used out of doors.  The prices below are for printed vinyl with luster laminate.

UltraBoard®

Ultraboard® is a foamcore material made from polystyrene.  The front and back surfaces are a smooth matte finish solid polystyrene.  It is available in 3/16" and 1/2" white or black only.  The price charts below are for the standard size signs.  Other sizes are available by request and are prices using the square foot pricing in the charts.

    Komatex®

Komatex® is a rigid foam PVC sign board used for a variety of sign applications both indoor and outdoor.  It comes in 2 thicknesses, 6mm & 3mm.  The 3mm is available in fourteen different colors:  White, Black, Red, Beige, Grass Green, Forest Green, Dark Teal, Purple, Canary Yellow, Bright Yellow, Medium Blue, Dark Blue, Light Grey and Dark Grey.  White & black 3mm is in stock, other colors and sizes are special order and may require a minimum order quantity.  Call for information on availably of colors.  This material comes in 4'x8' sheets and is cut to order.  

    PolyMetal®

PolyMetal® is a pre-finished rigid sign panel.  It is made by laminating .013 aluminum to both sides of a UV stabilized solid plastic core.  Finished thickness is .125.  The aluminum has a white baked enamel finish.  This material has been used to make enclosed trailer bodies for years and is very durable.  The price chart below is for white only and for Single Sided or Double Sided signs.
