Hard Board Signs
The following information applies to all of the below hard board signs with vinyl graphics only. See Digitally Printed Signs for printed signs or graphics. Pricing is for production of finished signs and does not include design services. See Design Service Fees for additional information. For reflective or specialty films add 50 %. Corex® / Coroplast® Also known as "corrugated plastic". Commonly used for real estate and campaign signs. For use anywhere an inexpensive/disposable signboard is needed. 4mm thickness comes in white, green, lt. blue, dk. blue, orange, red, black and yellow. Pricing below is for finished signs on white Corex using intermediate grade vinyl film or equivalent. For other colors add 10%.. 
UltraBoard® Ultraboard® is a foamcore material made from polystyrene. The front and back surfaces are a smooth matte finish polystyrene. It is available in 3/16" and 1/2" white or black only. An excellent substrate for mounting digital prints for indoor use.
Komatex® Komatex® is a rigid foam PVC sign board used for a variety of sign applications both indoor and outdoor. It comes in 2 thicknesses, 6mm & 3mm. The 3mm is available in fourteen different colors: White, Black, Red, Beige, Grass Green, Forest Green, Dark Teal, Purple, Canary Yellow, Bright Yellow, Medium Blue, Dark Blue, Light Grey and Dark Grey. White & black 3mm is in stock, other colors and sizes are special order and may require a minimum order quantity. Call for information on availability of colors. This material comes in 4'x8' sheets and is cut to order. PolyMetal® PolyMetal is a pre-finished rigid sign panel. It is made by laminating .013 aluminum to both sides of a UV stabilized solid core plastic. Finished thickness is .125. The aluminum has a baked enamel finish. This material has been used to make enclosed trailer bodies for years and is very durable. Available in whiite 1 sided and 2 sided. 1 sided Polymetal® has a grey primer finish on the back side. 253-804-8272 |
